Imperial Caesar Estates Ltd was founded by Madhavi Sriramaiah—though most people just call her Maddy (because after hearing “Madhavi” mispronounced one too many times, she figured it was easier—and definitely more fun—to keep it simple 😄).

Maddy is a passionate entrepreneur who already runs three other successful businesses, but this venture is deeply personal. It began with a frustrating search for a rental that would accept her mischievous cat, Loki—a pet who, despite his cheeky personality, deserved a safe and welcoming home. Facing constant rejection as a pet owner made Maddy realize just how difficult the rental market could be for responsible tenants with animals.

Determined to take control of her situation, she bought her own flat—thinking that would be the end of the struggle. But becoming a landlord opened her eyes even further. She soon discovered the other side of the equation: the difficulties landlords face with unreliable tenants, poor communication, and lack of proper support.

That’s when the bigger picture became clear. The gap between tenants and landlords is wide—and growing—and it’s even harder for those trying to do things right on both sides. Maddy founded Imperial Caesar Estates Ltd with the goal of bridging that gap: to make the process easier, fairer, and more respectful for responsible landlords and tenants alike.

Her experience on both ends gives her a rare insight into what truly works. This company isn’t just about property management—it’s about people, pets, and creating a better, more balanced rental experience for everyone involved.
